1. Introduction
Welcome to Aretus IT Solutions. By engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our services.
2. Website Development & Management Services
Aretus IT Solutions provides website development and management services under the following conditions:
The initial website development fee typically includes a 12-month (one-year) website management service, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the project agreement.
After the initial 12-month period, clients are required to pay for continued website management services based on the project scope and requirements.
3. Website Access & Security
To ensure security, accountability, and optimal website performance:
Aretus IT Solutions maintains sole access to the website’s login credentials as long as the company is managing the website.
This policy prevents unauthorized modifications that could compromise functionality and ensures that we can promptly address any issues.
If a client insists on having access to the website, Aretus IT Solutions shall fully transfer control of the site, relinquishing management responsibilities entirely. In such cases, Aretus IT Solutions will not be accountable for any technical issues, security breaches, or operational failures that may occur after the transfer.
4. Content Updates & Processing Time
Clients who submit content for upload or modifications on their website must allow 24 to 48 hours for the updates to be completed.
Urgent requests may be accommodated based on workload and availability, and additional charges may apply for expedited services.
Content submissions exceeding the standard volume threshold will be subject to additional charges. The determination of excess volume and associated fees will be at the discretion of Aretus IT Solutions.
5. Payment Terms & Renewal
Website development and management service fees must be paid as per the agreed terms in the project contract.
Renewal of management services after the initial 12-month period is subject to a new agreement and payment terms.
Late payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
6. Limitation of Liability
Aretus IT Solutions will not be responsible for losses resulting from security breaches caused by unauthorized modifications or third-party interference.
While we take necessary precautions to ensure website stability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service due to factors beyond our control, including hosting provider issues or force majeure events.
7. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the service agreement with prior written notice, as per the terms agreed upon in the project contract.
Upon termination, clients may request transfer of website credentials, but Aretus IT Solutions will not be responsible for post-transfer issues.
8. Amendments & Updates
Aretus IT Solutions reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
